We gave our cats to Adam last night. Tragic… very sad. We will miss Romeo and Sophia incredibly. We poured so much love and affection into those cats, and they gave it back in spades. Always trusting, looking for a pat on the head or a scratch behind the neck, sensing when we were down and curling up on our laps. Following us around and talking to us, jumping in cardboard boxes and making us laugh. They had such strong personalities! I never thought I would become such a cat person, but after 5 years I’m definitely one now! We’re taking comfort in the knowledge that they have awesome new owners, who will appreciate their uniqueness, and will love them and provide a stable home for them.
